Looking for 5 food carts to add to our taproom/poker room business. Our premier location should be ideal for attracting customers. We also will plan on marketing efforts to promote food carts, taproom, and poker room. 

1. Large outdoor patio will be open to all customers including minors for all hours. Patio seating for 60+.

2. Indoor seating for 70+.

3. 8 tvs inside.

4. Patio will have 1 tv and stereo.

5. 24 taps.

6. 2 bathrooms located inside for use by inside/outside customers; available for all open hours.

7. 1 Outdoor porta potty.

8. Large parking lot.

9. Dining room is converted daily to poker room. No minors are allowed to dine inside while poker room is operating. Inside bar seating and some table seating is available for food and beverage customers during poker operating hours.

Taproom serves pizza/sandwiches/appetizers. Looking for carts that offer alternative menus from Taproom.

No alcoholic drinks can be served by food carts. Other drinks by approval only.

Days open and hours of operation will be as mutually agreed upon. 

Dining room can not have minors while poker is being played inside. M-S after 4 pm, Sunday after 1 pm. Minors can still use restrooms during this time. Opening earlier is open to discussion.

Currently there are electrical hookups for 5 food carts. Water and Waste disposal on site but not for permanent hookup. 

Introductory Rate will be $500 per month while we develop our customer base. Rate will go to  $1000 per month when customer base is developed. Agreement is on a month to month basis, but we want carts committed to helping us build our food cart business. We plan on a win-win relationship so will not require long-term contracts. We believe our location is premier and will do great once developed.
